MILK FROM THE BEST FARMS
The area surrounding our Plant consists of mostly rural areas, where the development of agriculture and farming was recorded as early as the XIII century. Due to favourable natural conditions, farmers living in these areas have been breeding cows and producing milk for many generations. Their multi-generational experience translates into high quality and quantity of milk produced. These qualities have given us the opportunity to cooperate with milk suppliers from the best farms. We buy milk in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie and Pomorskie voivodeships. Milk obtained from our local suppliers accounts for 90% of all milk used for production.
OUR COOPERATION WITH MILK SUPPLIERS IS BASED ON PARTNERSHIP
The high quality of our products is the result of our cooperation with suppliers. Undoubtedly, the quality of milk is a common concern for both supplier and our Plant. Raw milk analyses are performed in an independent laboratory. In the event of a problem related to the deterioration of the quality of milk, we offer help to our suppliers in finding the cause of the deterioration of milk parameters, with the use of stage tests of milk samples from the milking line and the cooler tank, free milk tests: from potentially sick cows and for the presence of inhibitory substances. Milk suppliers who want to develop their dairy cattle breeding or make a breeding replacement can count on our financial assistance.
