Mozzarella Cheese The Best Product for the HoReCa Sector

The award we won in the Best Mozzarella Product category for the Horeca sector during the Food Show in Katowice is the culmination of our 3-year presence with this range of cheese in the pasta filata technology on the Polish market and in export. Our decision to completely change the cheese production profile was made 4 years ago and was closely related to our new company strategy, the production of baby food. This decision was not easy, as it assumed a complete abandonment of the production of Dutch and masdam type cheeses, which had been produced in Pasłęk for over 30 years. Instead, we launched the production of mozzarella cheeses and cheese-like products using the same technology. Within 3 years, the production volume per month was higher than the sales of cheeses from which we gave up, and additionally, we were among the largest producers of mozzarella in Poland. This is undoubtedly a huge success, which is confirmed by the fact that simple things, i.e. our specialization in one cheese technology in our offer, are extremely effective.
